A job interview is a very important occasion in your life and you must be fully prepared for the same. Job hopping or frequent Job changing is not always liked by the employers and you may have to face questions regarding this during your job interview. Most of the employers see this, as a discrepancy in the resume for a job interview and you must be prepared to face unpleasant questions in this regard. The potential employers will expect you to be honest and the honesty you demonstrate at this point has the potential to become the turning point of the job interview. If you had a tough time in certain periods of your life and were in undesirable circumstances say so during the job interview. Give them proof that you have completely come out of them and now you are a changed person. During the job interview show them that you are willing to go to any length to prove your worth to them.

You can change the disadvantage of being a job hopper and make yourself look more valuable to your employer by showing them during the job interview the various skill sets you have acquired in your previous positions. If you can show them during your job interview that your past jobs have molded your personality and now you are ready for your new job and can be a valuable part of their organization you will be able to turn the table in your favor.
